Ray Mcdougal - Stationary Jump Kick

Pretty much nearly completed all of ray's jump attack animations
this one in particular I wanted to do a little differently
since there's likely people that probably want to make an openbor game
with ray in it so I reworked this attack a little so that it could he be used in a fighting game and in a beat em up
