Mugen edit - duke edwards run animation

Little health problem I need to take care of so in the mean time
I thought to re- do terry's run animation and turn it into duke edward's own run animation.

The truth is he is a mugen character of sorts but a lot of his frames are missing from certain animations, one of them being his run animation where he's simply dashing mmx style
